Advanced Fire Investigation - 5 Day Class

This hands on program will give students a more in-depth knowledge relating to fire investigations.  Participants will learn about fire behavior, explosions, fatal fire investigations, and processing a post-flashover fire scene. Students will also prepare a written report, and be provided testimony experience. This course is designed for investigators that have attended a basic fire investigation class or fire/law enforcement personnel with investigation experience.

Special Requirements
Three online modules from (FREE)

  • Explosion Dynamics
  • Investigating Fatal Fires
  • Post Flashover Fires

Protective eyewear, steel-toed boots, gloves, helmet and laptop computer are required.  A digital camera is recommended.
