You will learn what it takes to advance into and better understand your department's upper management. This course emphasizes management and strategic leadership, including community relations, resource management, budgeting, safety programs, effective interpersonal and interagency communication, and risk management for the Chief Fire Officer. It will consist of interactive group projects and subject matter experts to support lecture materials.
Special Requirements
You must have completed the Fire Officer I, II & III classes.
