BGSU offers a variety of classes for individuals with experience, as well as those who have reached the top of their careers. However, there are many rookies or newcomers still struggling to navigate the early stages of their careers, especially the challenging first five years. Many of these individuals lack mentors or guidance to help them climb the career ladder. This class is designed to address that gap by providing strategies for surviving the critical first year and setting the foundation for success. It will help participants make it through those first five years, when promotions are typically available, by offering the tools and insights necessary to thrive and advance in their careers.
