A panel of women with various backgrounds and experiences in law enforcement will discuss their personal experiences, challenges, expectations, and roles in dealing with the public and the institutions they represent. The audience will be able to listen to the participants’ views and ask questions about the role of female officers (past and present), social expectations of women in law enforcement, and the toll of daily emotional survival.
